NAMI is a nonprofit that helps people dealing with mental health challenges, along with the families who stand beside them. They offer free education, peer-led support groups, and advocate for better mental health care across the country.

We accept returns within 30 days for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Used candles can only be returned if there’s a manufacturing defect.

No! Lumin Candles are cruelty-free and vegan. Formulas and fragrances are developed without testing on animals and do not include any animal-derived ingredients.

1. Burn evenly from the start
Let the wax melt to the edges of the jar on the first burn to prevent tunneling and create an even, beautiful surface.

2. Trim the wick
Before each use, trim the wick to about ¼ inch. This helps maintain a clean, steady flame and minimizes soot.

3. Don’t overburn
Avoid burning your candle for more than 3–4 hours at a time. Stop use when about ½ inch of wax remains at the bottom.

4. Reuse the jar, safely
Once the candle is finished, let any remaining wax fully cool. Gently warm the container with hot water to loosen and remove wax, then clean with soap and repurpose as you’d like.
